From Intern to Managing Director, Rob has held many roles at Kinetic Software before taking on the role of Group Leader at Volaris Group. As a Group Leader, he oversee the performance of Kinetic Software along with several other Volaris-owned businesses. Day-to-day, Rob is focused on acquiring, strengthening, and growing great vertical market software companies and their employees. When he does step away from work, Rob enjoys scuba-diving, squash, his family, and playing national league hockey as a centre midfielder for Bedford.
